Singaporean Chicken rice is totally different from Japanese rice. When I went to Singapore last year, I found this out. Normally, when Japanese people make chicken rice, we fry the chicken, onions, green peas and rice with ketchup. This is a photo of Singaporean Hainanese chicken rice. I drank a yogurt drink called lassi and had banana roti for dessert at the same time. I ate this meal at ‘Mu-Hung’ in Nishi-Ogikubo and the dishes were very delicious. I recommend this restaurant to you. Rui-san is the owner of Mu-Hung.
